Four students, the driver and an elderly man were killed instantly in the crash. Another student died in a hospital Sunday, the county publicity department said in a statement.
The seven other students were injured, two remaining in serious condition, the statement said.
A police investigation said the driver's improper operations on the mountain upslope caused the accident.
