The younger Gadhafi, once considered a possible successor to his father, and Abdullah al-Senussi, the ousted dictator's former intelligence chief, want to surrender to the International Criminal Court in The Hague, Netherlands, Abdel Majid Mlegta, a senior military commander with the National Transitional Council, told Britain's The Daily Telegraph Wednesday.
