Blast in Baghdad injures two U.S. troops

BAGHDAD, July 6 (UPI) -- Two U.S. troops were injured and their vehicle damaged when a bomb exploded as the troops were on patrol in western Baghdad Wednesday, officials said.

Police said the device used was a "sticky bomb," Aswat al-Iraq reported.

The blast occurred near al-Nisour Square, police said.
