BAGHDAD, June 8 (UPI) -- Gunfire killed at least three people in separate incidents in Iraq, police officials said Wednesday.
The son of a senior Defense Ministry official was killed in an armed road attack in western Baghdad's al-Adel district, an official told al-Sumaria. The ministry official and his wife were wounded.

Police in Baquba were searching for two suspects in the shooting death of a civilian, an official said.
A Defense Ministry employee was shot and killed in Nafaq al-Shorta, the Iraqi satellite television station reported.
In Karrada, two police officers were wounded in an explosion targeting their patrol, officials said.
