Dungeon found by Libyan protesters

BENGHAZI, Libya, March 1 (UPI) -- The Libyan protesters who took over Benghazi say they found prisoners in an underground dungeon used by the Gadhafi regime.

The prisoners were discovered in two cinder block cells after people above ground heard their voices, ABC News said Tuesday. The number of inmates pulled from the dungeon, accessible only by a narrow hole and ventilated only by a small plastic pipe to the surface, was not reported.
