2 bombs kill 13 in Afghanistan

SHIRIN TAGAB, Afghanistan, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- A total of 13 people died Saturday when two bombs went off in separate incidents in Afghanistan, officials said.

Four people were killed and 19 others hurt when a suicide bomber blew himself up at a sports field in northwest Afghanistan's Faryab province, officials said. The attack in Shirin Tagab happened while people were playing buzkashi, a team sport played on horseback, RIA Novosti reported.
