MOSCOW, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- Most Russians have confidence in President Dmitry Medvedev and Prime Minister Vladimir Putin, a poll found Saturday.

In the survey by the Public Opinion Fund, 58 percent of respondents said they had faith in Putin, while 51 percent said the same of Medvedev, RIA Novosti reported. Putin's ruling United Russian Party had the support of 47 percent.

The poll of 3,000 respondents was taken Feb. 12-13 with a margin of error of 3.4 percentage points.

Another poll by the Levada Center found 60 percent would vote for United Russia in elections.
