TORONTO, Feb. 2 (UPI) -- A Toronto police officer faces more charges for allegedly striking a second protester at last summer's Group of 20 summit, police said Wednesday.

Constable Babak Andalib-Goortani was arrested Tuesday, charged with assault with a weapon for allegedly hitting a woman with his baton during the June 26 demonstration at Queen's Park outside the Ontario legislature during the international gathering of finance ministers and central bank governors, the Canadian Broadcasting Corp. reported.

Andalib-Goortani, scheduled to appear in court March 7, already was charged with assaulting a man called Adam Nobody during the protest.

A YouTube video of the incident shows Nobody being chased by a group of police and at least one officer punching him. He suffered a fracture below his right eye and a broken nose.
