TEHRAN, Jan. 16 (UPI) -- As foreign diplomats toured Iran nuclear plants Sunday, a Parliament member said the West should match the goodwill move.

"Iran's invitation to the representatives of the world countries to tour its nuclear facilities displays Tehran's goodwill with regard to this case," Hassan Norouzi told the official Fars News Agency.

"Following this measure, the Western countries, particularly the representatives of the 5+1 [the five permanent U.N. Security Council members plus Germany] can no more accuse us of clandestine activity since no other country has had so much cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency and other international circles," he said.

"Iran has exhausted all cooperation paths," he added.

Foreign diplomats representing 120 countries -- the Non-Aligned Movement, the Group of 77, the Arab League, the Asian group at the IAEA and the ambassadors of Venezuela, Syria and Oman – visited the Arak heavy water reactor and Natanz enrichment facility Saturday and Sunday.
