LONDON, Jan. 15 (UPI) -- Police in London arrested a 14-year-old boy on charges of throwing a gasoline bomb captured on a video posted on the Internet, Scotland Yard said.

The unidentified youth was seen in the YouTube video posted by a woman who was watching a violent protest over the Conservative government's new policy that increases university tuitions by as much as 300 percent.

The woman's cell phone video was clear enough to identify the teen, police said.

The Daily Telegraph said investigators were poring over scores of photographs and video footage from security cameras and incidents recorded by the public.

More than 200 people have been arrested in connection with the tuition protests that began in December, the Telegraph said.
