Bellucci attempted to buy a ticket to Beijing, and after his credit card was denied he told an attendant he would find another source of money and return for the afternoon flight.

The ticket agent called airport security who detained Bellucci who refused after being asked to show his passport, Haaretz said.

He was detained after being confirmed as a fugitive. Bellucci will be extradited to the United States Saturday.
