Shuttle bus catches fire in China, 24 dead

BEIJING, July 4 (UPI) -- A shuttle bus caught fire in China's east Jiangsu province, leaving at least 24 passengers dead and another 19 injured, authorities said.

The incident occurred Sunday night in the province's Wuxi city, Xinhua news agency reported. The shuttle bus belonged to a steel company, local authorities said.

The report gave no other details about the fire.
