Prodigy, 21, about to become doctor
BEIJING, Dec. 28 (UPI) -- A man killed six relatives and injured four others before taking his own life Monday in China's Hebei province, local police said.
Officials said Chen Qian killed six members of his uncle's family with blunt objects before heading to the home of another relative, where he injured four members with a rifle, China's state-run news agency Xinhua reported.
The suspect leaped from a building, killing himself, as more than 100 police officers were trying to arrest him, the news agency said.
Police said they think Chen wounded and killed members of his family because of several disputes, which were not described.
