KABUL, Afghanistan, Dec. 18 (UPI) -- NATO officials said Friday they will work with Afghan officials to investigate reports of civilian casualties from a military operation in Kandahar province.
An International Security Assistance Force helicopter fired on men suspected of planting a roadside bomb, but afterward troops discovered civilians in a car next to the attack site, ISAF officials said in a release.
