Mother said Josh Powell threatened her

ABUJA, Nigeria, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Nigeria has issued international arrest warrants for two former government leaders under former President Olusegun Obasanjo, police said Thursday.
Ex-minister for Abuja, the capital city, Nasir el-Rufai and Nuhu Ribadu, the former head of Nigeria's anti-corruption agency, the EFCC, failed to appear in court as ordered, the BBC reported.
El-Rufai is wanted for questioning by the EFCC over the alleged disappearance of millions of dollars of government funds. Ribadu was accused of not declaring his assets while in office, something he denies.
Critics say the cases against the men are politically motivated.
