ISLAMABAD, Pakistan, Dec. 3 (UPI) -- An overcrowded vehicle fell into a deep ravine in Muzaffarabad in Pakistan-controlled Kashmir province, killing 16 people, police said.
The vehicle, carrying 27 people, including women and children, was traveling Wednesday to Kandar village from Kahori, northwest of Muzaffarabad, when its driver lost control, sending the vehicle plunging hundreds of feet into the ravine, a police official told Pakistan's English-language newspaper Dawn.
