DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., Aug. 8 (UPI) -- A Daytona teenager beaten unconscious by a father who reportedly found the teen sexually abusing his 11-year-old son was ordered to submit to an HIV test.

On Thursday, a Volusia County judge ordered Raymond Frolander to undergo an HIV test, the same day the 18-year-old pleaded not guilty to sexual battery for allegedly sexually assaulting an 11-year-old boy for three years.

"I don't know which diseases transfer," the father said after Frolander's hearing. "I went through the State Attorney's Office to get it done."

On July 18, the victim's 35-year-old father reportedly walked in on one of the assualts and attacked Frolander, critically beating the teen.

"I just walked in and found a grown man molesting [my son]," the father says on the 911 call.

"I got him in a bloody puddle for you right now, officer."
