Robert Durst has been charged with a Class B misdemeanor after allegedly getting involved in an altercation with a CVS employee and exposing himself so he could urinate on a register at the store.
Durst, who frequently heads to the pharmacy to fill prescriptions, is accused of ruining $150 worth of candy with his urine, Click2Houston reported.
"I have been notified Mr. Durst was arrested for a Class B Misdemeanor and is in the bonding process. He will go through the process like any other citizen of Harris County. We will deal with the case on its merits once he is released from jail," Durst's defense attorney, Chip Lewis, told ABC 13 Eyewitness News.
Lewis was alerted about the incident when Durst's wife contacted him. Durst admitted to killing his neighbor, Morris Black, but was acquitted when a jury believed his claims of self-defense. He is not currently on probation or under any type of police supervision.
