Feb. 21 (UPI) -- No one won in Saturday's $349 million Powerball lottery jackpot drawing, meaning the coveted financial reward will grow to $403 million for the Wednesday drawing.

The Wednesday award has a cash value of $243 million, the Multi-State Lottery Association said. After Saturday's drawing, 1,650,396 people won some award. Non-jackpot prizes reached nearly $25.2 million of which most winners were located in California, New York and Florida.

The winning numbers on Saturday were 3-7-9-31-33. The Powerball was 20. Winning the grand prize requires matching all five numbers, regardless of order, and the red Powerball number.

At least three people won $2 million in the Match 5 Winners Power Play category on Saturday, while at least six people won $1 million in the Match 5 category.

Although Wednesday's grand prize would make any winner happy, it falls short of the historic $1.5 billion Powerball lottery in January 2016 -- the biggest in history, anywhere on the globe. Previously, the largest jackpot in U.S. history was $656 million and the largest Powerball was $590.5 million.
