WASHINGTON, June 28 (UPI) -- The woman accused of killing a pregnant woman and her soon-to-be-born-child has been placed on the FBI's "Most Wanted" list, federal authorities said Tuesday.

Shanika S. Minor, 24, allegedly shot Tamecca Perry -- whose baby was due in a matter of days -- outside her Milwaukee home on March 5 and has not been seen since.

According to investigators, the women argued about Minor's music being too loud. After she was shot, Perry and her unborn child died in front of her two children, the FBI said.

The FBI is offering up to $100,000 for information directly leading to Minor's arrest.

"The brutal murder of a mother and her unborn child is reprehensible," Robert Shields, FBI Milwaukee Division special agent, said in a statement Tuesday. "The FBI will provide all of our available resources to assist the Milwaukee Police Department in locating and apprehending this violent fugitive."

"Minor has a tattoo on her lower abdomen, which is a display of roses. The roses are a cover-up of an earlier tattoo and not all of the petals are colored in. Some petals are shaded in red, while others are outlined in black," the FBI said.

"The senseless and tragic murder of an innocent woman and unborn child demands justice and the men and women of the Milwaukee Police Department will not rest until justice is achieved," Milwaukee Police Department Assistant Chief William Jessup said. "We are optimistic that this federal assistance and national attention will result in a swift arrest."
