FLINT, Mich., May 4 (UPI) -- President Barack Obama traveled to Flint, Mich., to survey the water crisis Wednesday, where he drank some of the city's water and said it's safe for residents to do so -- as long as they take recommended precautions.
"If you're using a filter ... then Flint water at this point is drinkable," the president said after taking a drink. "I really did need a glass of water. This is not a stunt."
