LAS VEGAS, Oct. 13 (UPI) -- The Draft Biden 2016 super-PAC will run a 90-second advertisement before the first Democratic primary debate Tuesday night as it attempts to lure Vice President Joe Biden into the 2016 election race.

The ad -- titled Joe Biden: "Never Quit" -- will run on CNN and includes excerpts of a speech Biden delivered at the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Denver. The speech was partly about the personal importance of having employment.

This is the second television ad released by Draft Biden 2016, which is "asking Joe Biden to run for President in 2016."

"Joe Biden was proud to work alongside President Obama to rebuild our economy in the wake of the Great Recession," the super-PAC said in a statement. "He and President Obama understood the challenges facing American families because of the struggles their own families had faced earlier in their lives."

CNN will not run 90-second commercials during the Democratic debate. Draft Biden's ad will also run on Wednesday.

In the ad, Biden comments on the emotional necessity for having meaningful employment.

"A job is about a lot more than a pay check. It's about your dignity. It's about respect," Biden says. "It's about your place in the community. It's about being able to look your child in the eye and say, 'honey, it's going to be okay,' and mean it and know it's true. You never quit on America and you deserve a president who will never quit on you."

Draft Biden simply stated its intention to persuade Biden to begin a presidential campaign: "Joe, run. Our country needs you."

Five Democratic presidential hopefuls will take the stage Tuesday night in the first debate of their 2016 election campaign.

Front-runner Hillary Clinton will take center stage, flanked by Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, former Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley, former Virginia Sen. Jim Webb and former Rhode Island Gov. Lincoln Chafee, in the two-hour live debate that will likely focus on political records and policy, primarily on the issues of gun control, trade, banks and foreign policy.
