PHILADELPHIA, June 21 (UPI) -- Police say a shooting at a block party on Philadelphia's west side wounded up to 10 people, including a toddler and two other children.

An altercation at the party ended when someone fired a shotgun twice at about 10 p.m. on Saturday. Police believe the suspect then drove down the street and fired a handgun several times.

The injured include a 1-year-old girl who was shot in the neck, an 11-year-old boy who was struck in the leg and back and a 12-year-old boy who suffered a wound to the chest. The children and all seven adults are in stable condition, according to police.

Police say the shooting may have been the result of an ongoing feud.

The Philadelphia Police Department has tallied 106 homicides in the city so far in 2015 -- surpassing a grand total of 105 in 2014.
