PHOENIX, March 3 (UPI) -- A jury is continuing its deliberations Tuesday to determine whether convicted killer Jodi Arias should spend her life in prison or face the death penalty in the 2008 murder of her ex-boyfriend.
Arias, 34, was convicted in the homicide of Travis Alexander in 2013, but has been in legal limbo since jurors in the initial trial were deadlocked in the penalty phase. The sentencing retrial with 12 jurors is in its third day.
