RIVERHEAD, N.Y., Nov. 28 (UPI) -- In unrelated incidents, two people were stabbed in New York in the wee hours of Black Friday. Both incidents took place in the vicinity of major retailers -- one in a Costco restroom, the other outside an Old Navy Store.
But while overzealous shoppers and unruly crowds on Black Friday required the attention of police in incidents of violence and chaos around the country, the two stabbing incidents in New York were apparently unrelated to shoppers eager for discounts.
