ST. LOUIS, Nov. 23 (UPI) -- Police are investigating two shootings at St. Louis-area bars, including one that killed a bouncer.
Witnesses told police trouble started when a bouncer refused to let a man into the Knockout Bar. The man left, returned with a gun and opened fire on the bouncer.
Police identified the victim as Herbert Burnett, 30, according to KMOV.com. The suspect in the shooting is at-large.
About an hour later, a second fatal shooting happened at a bar about a half-mile away.
A large fight broke out in the parking lot of the Cuetopia Billiards & Sports Bar on West Florissant Avenue. Three men started shooting into the crowd, according to stl.com.
Brandon Ferguson, 28, was shot and later died at a hospital.
Police have no suspects in either shooting, officials said.
