DOVER, Del., Nov. 4 (UPI) -- An unidentified male student was treated for non-life threatening injuries on Monday, after he was shot outside an off-campus residence hall near Delaware State University in Dover, Del.
Dover police described the shooting as an isolated incident. No arrests have been made, according to a university Facebook post.

The incident took place around 4 p.m., at the Living and Learning Commons, a former hotel that was converted into a residence hall for students last year.
The shooting prompted a campus-wide lockdown.
"Students are free to leave their residence halls on campus; still urged to exercise caution," Delaware State University tweeted just after 8 p.m.
