Suspect in Hannah Graham case indicted for 2005 Fairfax rape

Graham, 18, went missing in early October after a party near University of Virginia's campus. Search crews found human remains Saturday and are trying to confirm if they are Graham's.

FAIRFAX, Va., Oct. 20 (UPI) -- The suspect in the Hannah Graham case, Jesse Matthew, has been indicted on charges related to a 2005 rape in Fairfax.

Matthew was linked by forensic evidence to the 2009 disappearance of Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington, which was linked to the 2005 rape.

The 26-year-old victim was assaulted in the pool area of a townhouse complex.
