Silver alert issued for Conn. girl missing since Monday

WATERBURY, Conn., Oct. 15 (UPI) -- Police in Connecticut issued a Silver Alert for a three-year-old girl who has been missing since Monday.

Cherish Wright of Waterbury, Conn., is with her father, 17, who has not been in contact with family since Monday. Police say they do not believe Cherish is in danger.

She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, blue jeans and pink light-up shoes. She is 3 feet tall and weighs 28 pounds.

Those with information regarding Cherish's whereabouts should contact Waterbury police at (203) 574-6911.
