Conservative activist requests Obama's deportation

WASHINGTON, Oct. 6 (UPI) -- Conservative activist Larry Klayman is writing to federal authorities to request them to deport President Barack Obama, claiming he is an "illegal alien."

Klayman said the president is an undocumented immigrant who forged his birth certificate to become president. The notion is not unique to Klayman; there are many Americans who hold this belief as well. Klayman has written to federal agencies to deport Obama.

"As demonstrated by the evidence established in exhibits and attached affidavits, there is prima facie evidence that Barack Hussein Obama is removable from the United States and in violation of the law under the legally recognized categories of falsely claiming U.S. citizenship," he wrote to the Department of Homeland Security. "Even if a legitimate birth certificate exists, Barack Obama's repeated use of a clearly forged birth certificate is still a crime."

I want him deported," he told U.S. News. "He should be deported. He's been in this country illegally, he's an illegal alien ... You can't claim you're an American citizen when you're not and be president of the United States."

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement has not commented on the request but Hawaii has released and verified his birth certificate. Obama was born in Honolulu, HI on Aug. 4, 1961.
