CENTENNIAL, Colo., Sept. 30 (UPI) -- A Colorado District Court judge decided Tuesday to allow the media to use a closed-circuit camera in the courtroom during the upcoming James Holmes murder trial.

The judge will allow media to use video from that closed-circuit camera.
However, the judge denied a print camera in the courtroom, he said print media can get stills from the camera the TV stations use.
The trial is expected to begin in December with jury selection.
Holmes faces the death penalty if convicted.
