ANCHORAGE, Alaska, Sept. 23 (UPI) -- Former Alaskan Gov. Sarah Palin has broken her silence about the widely-reported drunken brawl her family was involved in, saying she was "proud" of her children.
The fight, which took place in mid-September, saw Palin's daughter Bristol allegedly throw a right hook at the owner of the residence where they were attending a snowmobile party. Palin wrote about the incident in a Facebook post Friday and rather than admonishing her 23-year-old daughter, she said she was "proud" of her kids for defending the Palin name.
