FAYETTEVILLE, Ark., July 23 (UPI) -- An Arkansas woman was arrested for allegedly threatening two eight-year-old boys, using slain Florida teen Trayvon Martin's name as a slur.

Yelena Goforth-Buyalova was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct July 16 for allegedly telling the two boys, neighbors, they "should be treated like Trayvon Martin."

Police said Goforth-Buyalova called 911 complaining that the boys were being too noisy and she wished them to leave. When officers arrived, they said she was yelling at the boys and making them cry.

The report said Goforth-Buyalova also told the boys they should be in prison because they're black.

Goforth-Buyalova told KHBS/KHOG-TV the police lied about what she said.

Martin was shot and killed by George Zimmerman in February 2012 in an incident that sparked a nationwide racial debate.
