WILLOW CREEK, Mont., June 10 (UPI) -- Montana police arrested a 24-year-old Willow Creek woman on Monday, after she allegedly assaulted her boyfriend with a shotgun.

Police said that Sara Ann Bade became irate when she heard her boyfriend "talking sh**" about her in his sleep.

Bade's boyfriend, who had bruises on his arms and ribcage, told police that Bade repeatedly kicked him and hit him with a shotgun. He also said that she fired the gun at the tires of his vehicle.

Bade admitted to striking her boyfriend with the shotgun, but said he had hit her on the head and had not left her home when she asked.
