NEW YORK, April 24 (UPI) -- The NYPD released a video of a man throwing a Molotov cocktail into a Brooklyn bodega, striking a bodega worker and setting the store ablaze.

The video is from the store's surveillance footage, and was captured on Wednesday at the store located on the Fort Hamilton Parkway.

A co-worker used water to put out the fire, and the clerk was not seriously injured.

The NYPD is seeking public assistance in identifying the suspect.
