"Vice President Biden's getting ready to head to Pennsylvania with President Obama this afternoon, where he'll lay out steps we can take to train America's workers with the skills they need for good middle-class jobs," read the caption to his first post. "Follow @VP for the latest from the Vice President, and the occasional aviators pic."

The account later shared a photo of Biden arriving in Pittsburgh where he'll meet President Obama to "talk about the importance of expanding job-training programs so more Americans have the skills they need to find good middle-class jobs."
