Niagara Falls: Completely frozen? [PHOTOS]

Niagara Falls may appear frozen, but water is still rushing in and around its frozen exterior.

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y., March 6 (UPI) -- Tourists are flocking to Niagara Falls this week all because of a not entirely true rumor that the falls are frozen.

While the natural wonder may not exactly be roaring, water is still running in around its mostly frozen exterior.

Photos from the Canadian side of the falls make the attraction appear to be completely still. While that's not the case, the photos are breathtaking.
