DUNDALK, Md., March 6 (UPI) -- Authorities in Maryland issued an Amber Alert Thursday for a missing 11-year-old girl who may have been abducted by her father.

Baltimore County Police believe Timothy Virts, 38, may have kidnapped his daughter, Caitlyn Marie Virts from her Dundalk, Md., home.

A woman was found dead inside the same home Thursday morning. Police didn't reveal the woman's identity or her relationship to Caitlyn.

Police said they're classifying Caitlyn's disappearance as a child abduction emergency because she's "not supposed to be with her father."

Police said they're looking for a 1999 black Dodge Durango with Maryland license plates 5AJ4458. Caitlyn is described as a white female, 5 feet tall and weighing 80 pounds. She wears classes.

Timothy Virts is a white male, 6'3" and 280 pounds.
