NEW YORK, March 3 (UPI) -- New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio spent his morning shoveling and salting the sidewalk in front of his home as the Northeast gets hit by another round of snow.
The mayor is seen working outside his Brooklyn home scraping up the ice and snow that this seemingly endless winter dumped on his front walk. He has been criticized during previous snowstorms for his less-than-perfect snow cleanup of the city.
