Three killed when truck rolls on top of car in Detroit

DETROIT, Feb. 28 (UPI) -- A semi-trailer truck rolled over at an intersection in Detroit Friday, crushing a car and killing its three occupants, police said.

City police said they had yet to determine whether any charges would be brought in the late-morning accident, the Detroit Free Press reported.

"We're not exactly sure whether it was just a terrible accident, or if there was actually anybody at fault," police officer Adam Madera said.

The names of the victims had not been released.
