ATLANTA, Feb. 6 (UPI) -- Martin Luther King Jr.'s daughter, speaking in Atlanta, accused her brothers Thursday of planning to sell his traveling Bible and his Nobel Peace Prize.

Bernice King said she plans to fight the complaint filed last week in Atlanta demanding she hand over the items to her father's estate, CNN reported. "Not on my watch," she told told reporters at Ebenezer Baptist Church.

In court papers, Martin Luther King III and Dexter King accused Bernice of having "secreted" the items. They said the siblings agreed in 1995 to hand over all the late civil rights leader's possessions to the estate.

President Obama was sworn in on King's Bible at his second inauguration. Bernice King said the Bible and the Nobel Prize were on display at The King Center in Atlanta, which she heads, but are now in a secure location.

The siblings have been involved in litigation before. Bernice and Martin III sued Dexter in 2008, accusing him of taking money from the estate's account, but the litigation was settled out of court.

The estate, controlled by the brothers, sued Bernice in August, saying the center was mishandling King memorabilia.
