VANCOUVER, Wash., Feb. 5 (UPI) -- A day after a workplace murder-suicide in Vancouver, Wash., a woman allegedly wounded an employee at a VA hospital in the city, police said.
The Clark County sheriff's office reported the shooting occurred at about 4 p.m. at the Center for Community Health in the Vancouver Campus of the Portland VA Center, the (Portland) Oregonian reported. The shooter was described as a 46-year-old woman.
Police released little information about the shooting. Joshua Pullman, who was on the second floor of the building at the time, said he was told the woman, possibly a veteran, was dissatisfied with services at the center and that the victim, a man working for the VA, was shot in the hip.
