S.C. police arrest man, 19, in fatal shooting of college student

ORANGEBURG, S.C., Jan. 25 (UPI) -- A 19-year-old man was arrested and charged early Saturday in the fatal shooting of a student at South Carolina State University, authorities said.

Justin Bernard Singleton is accused of killing Brandon Robinson, 20, of Orangeburg, S.C., during an argument, CNN reported.

The campus was on lockdown for several hours after Friday's shooting as police searched for other possible suspects. Four people were reported leaving the campus around the time of the shooting,
