OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 9 (UPI) -- A 25-year-old Oklahoma man gave girls drugs and alcohol, then raped them and recorded sex acts after they passed out, police allege.
A police affidavit charges Clifford Williams of Midwest City committed the crimes at parties he hosted where he distributed alcohol, marijuana, Ecstasy and prescription drugs, the Oklahoman in Oklahoma City reported Thursday.
Midwest City police said they have identified seven victims, five of whom were high school age when the crimes were allegedly committed.
Assistant Police Chief Sid Porter said the crimes occurred over a period of four years.
Investigators said one witness told them she caught Williams uploading videos of sex acts committed at the parties to pornographic websites three years ago.
Williams has been charged with three counts of second-degree rape, two counts of first-degree rape by instrumentation, two counts of manufacturing child pornography and five counts of taking clandestine photographs.
His bond has been set at $200,000
