GUTHRIE, Okla., Dec. 29 (UPI) -- Folks in central Oklahoma said they were shaken awake early Sunday by a pair of earthquakes that rumbled through the region.

The shaking was felt in the Guthrie area, about six miles from the epicenter of a predawn quake measured at a magnitude 4.1.

The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake was followed by a 2.5-magnitude event.

There were no injuries or damage reported, said KOTV-TV, Tulsa, Okla.
