TOPEKA, Kan., Dec. 2 (UPI) -- Authorities in Kansas are investigating the deaths of three people and the critical injury of another person in Topeka's Central Park neighborhood.

Officials with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation arrived at the scene at 9 a.m. Monday, The Topeka Capital-Journal reported.

The investigation started Sunday afternoon when two teenagers discovered the critically injured woman in the parking lot behind a strip mall. The deceased victims were found inside a residence nearby.
