GREENWOOD, S.C., Oct. 29 (UPI) -- Six bodies were found in a Greenwood, S.C., home Tuesday believed to be victims of a murder-suicide, officials said.
Police first responded at about 6 p.m. to a report of a hostage situation at a home at 2007 Callison Highway, but there was no response from anyone inside, WMBF-TV, Myrtle Beach, S.C., reported.

The suspect, 27-year-old Bryan E. Sweatt, allegedly shot five people inside the house, then killed himself, sources told The Greenwood Index-Journal.
The South Carolina Law Enforcement Division was on the scene investigating, WYFF-TV, Greenville, reported.
