3 children dead in Bronx fire

NEW YORK, Oct. 25 (UPI) -- Three children were killed Friday when a fire broke out in a building in the High Bridge section of the Bronx, New York fire officials said.

An unknown number of other people were transported to a hospital from the building on West 165th Street, WABC-TV, New York, reported.

The cause of the blaze was not known.
