Rev. James McGonegal, 68, did not speak in Cleveland Municipal court during his brief arraignment and waived his right to a hearing through his lawyer. His personal bond will continue, and his case will likely be presented to a grand jury, the (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reported.
In an incident report an unidentified off-duty Cleveland Metroparks ranger said McGonegal offered him $50 Friday to "get off" during a conversation in the city's Edgewater Park. McGonegal allegedly then exposed himself and masturbated while sitting in his vehicle, which contained three sex devices.
