Some of the suspects were arrested in a series of raids, including one on the group's alleged distribution center, the Orlando Sentinel reported.
Those arrested face charges ranging from racketeering to trafficking in marijuana.
Many of the suspects are from Jamaica, said the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation.
Law enforcement became aware of the group in 2006 and has linked it to a number of violent crimes, including homicide and armed robbery, the MBI said. Police began focusing on the group in September 2011.
MBI said during the course of the police investigation, codenamed "Operation Warehouse 13," agents seized more than 3,200 pounds of marijuana, $200,000 in cash, 10 guns and six vehicles.
The suspects are believed to have used a recreational vehicle to smuggle nearly 3,200 pounds of marijuana into Orlando in July.
Three people believed to be ringleaders of the operation were arrested this month.
